Love note to the Magnificent Mamas

Dear Magnificent Mama,

Hey, mama,  Spring is here ... it feels so good to get out and touch the earth and take notice to the beautiful plants and flowers blooming. Isn't it amazing that spring comes every year ... mother earth is so intuitive no matter how warm or cold she still encourages the blooms to begin their phase of new life.  

To me, spring represents the beginning, a fresh start, a new life. Spring is a reminder of the precious gift of life. If you're reading this you have miraculously been granted that gift of life. I'm betting you have many talents that you've played small or even diminished in your life.

How do I know that?

Sadly, I was that girl, who thought that everyone else was smarter, prettier and more talented. I saw nothing special within. Finally, I grew sick of hearing my story of excuses as to why I wasn't doing the work that I was called here to do, I wasn't making enough money, living where I wanted to live, attracting unhealthy relationships, and the list could go on. The bottom line was that I had every excuse in the book of why and who was to blame for my pitiful life. Truly I kept getting what I was getting because I was the one who wasn't CHANGING. 

This awareness was the game changer because I was done with telling the story of what I didn't want and thought it would be best if I wanted to have a shift in life I better see, feel and believe in a beautiful future. 

So the journey began, seeking mentors to light the way. Reading and listening to every audio related to personal growth, spiritual enlightenment, health and wellness, and leadership.

My first desire was to attract healthier minded friends. My second desire was to work in an environment that was positive and prosperous. The third was to attain and maintain a lifestyle that I felt proud of. 

Becoming aware of how I spoke and the story I told the world was life-changing. It took many attempts to self-reflect, create boundaries, and identify what felt right for how I wanted to be treated and how I treated myself.  

Maybe you're feeling sick and tired of hearing the same old story with less than desirable details. Let's gain some clarity on what your dream life might sound like. You already know what you don't want so how about writing out what you do want. To support and keep your dream alive, visualize being, feeling, smelling, and tasting every detail for your future. 

With excitement and ambition, share your new story with the special people in your life that you feel love and support from. Ask for their accountability to work towards each goal with intention.

More than ever you're going to want to keep your sights set on every desire.  Create a dream board, avoided dream stealers and surrounded yourself with like-minded individuals.

Change takes tenacity and determination, imagine the faces of your children, spouse, loved ones and those who will rise feeling inspired by you. Imagine the lives that will be drastically improved because you wouldn't give up. With every stumble, find the lesson as to what you needed to learn.

You will get stronger, wiser and more on purpose than ever before.

The pen is in your hand, this is your life become the Magnificent Mama that you always dreamed of becoming. 

Maybe you don't believe in yourself right now, borrow my belief ... I know you are here to rise up and do amazing things in this lifetime.
