Coaching Conditions & Agreements
This agreement is between: Elizabeth A. Sanchez (coach) from Union of Body, Mind & Soul and you as the Client whereby the Coach agrees to provide Coaching Services for Holistic Life Coaching focusing on topics/results/outcomes/goals agreed upon by you the client.
What is a Coaching Agreement?
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.
What are each parties responsible for in this agreement?
1. Coach agrees to maintain the Code of Ethics and standards of behavior set out by the Life Coach Institute.
2. Client is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
3. Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider and the client may need to have a referral letter from their health care provider.
4. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.
Once your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds. Please shop mindfully and wisely prior to booking a session or purchasing a product from me.
All payments for services one-on-one with Elizabeth are 100% non-refundable once paid.
Need to Reschedule?
Scheduled Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours. Sessions fees are forfeited and non-transferable to rescheduled dates when cancelled within the 48 hour window before an individual session’s scheduled start time.
Can’t make an appointment in person?
I get it, sometimes thing’s come up and we can’t physically make the appointment. If it is within the 48 hour appointment time we can transfer our plan to meet as a distance session. Distance sessions are just as beneficial and effective as in person sessions. (Some individuals say they get more out of them.)
To help you have the best session possible please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment time. We have a lovely waiting room to help you ground and connect as you transition from the hustle of life. Slip off your shoes, grab a glass of water, find a cozy seat, Elizabeth will be down to greet you for your session.
If you happen to be late please understand your appointment cannot be extended beyond the time allotted for you.
I realize time is precious and will honor our appointments showing up clear, refreshed and on time for you.
What happens in the case of an emergency & Illness?
It happens to us all, kids get sick, we get sick, emergencies happen. Please call, text or email if something should occur and you absolutely can not make your appointment. I will do my best to work with you if a situation should occur.
All of your information is considered extremely private and personal, thus, your information is kept completely confidential.
